For Contaminazioni, Calabrese showed photographs from the series ‘Hierarchy of Genres’, based on a reflection on the role of chance in the process of creative production, a process increasingly mediated by technology at its various stages

The series is an ongoing project structured in six chapters based on six ‘genres’ inspired by art history (still life, portraits, scenes of everyday life and animals are the themes covered so far).
